Air Rescue Africa is the best equipped and busiest
air ambulance and evacuation provider in Africa.
We offer 24 hour solutions to medical emergencies
and an in house Doctor trained to assist with all medical
evacuation scenarios and Air Ambulance and commercial aircraft
transport needs.
Vast distances across the continent of Africa
mean that emergency medical evacuation requires expert and
professional assistance by medical teams familiar with the
logistical challenges of the African continent.
Our medical flight crews are highly trained and are capable
of delivering advanced life support and intensive care both
in the field and in the Air Ambulance setting supported by
state of the art air ambulance equipment.
Our Air Ambulance program is safety and quality
driven and capable of full intensive care in the air for adults,
paediatric and neonatal patients.
Air Rescue Africa Air Ambulance program is
the only medical evacuation service in Africa with a dedicated
fleet of three Doctor based jet Air Ambulances. This fleet
of Air Ambulances provides medical care at an international
standard both in Africa and beyond.
Air Rescue Africa began services as an initiative
to provide an international standard of medical evacuation
into South Africa from other African states.
It has grown from a service consisting of one
dedicated jet Air Ambulance and a few dedicated medical staff
to a fleet of three Air Ambulances and a team of 45 medical
and support staff providing services around the clock.
Air Rescue Africa performs more than 700 medical transports
and Air Ambulance evacuations each year.
